Rest Day & Active Recovery
Today is a rest day or a day to go out and USE your fitness out side of the gym. Take time to do something that restores you mentally and physically.
Run, ride, swim, hike, play tennis, hoops, or throw around a baseball.
Meal prep – if you are short on time during theweek, use Sunday as a meal prep day to make a couple healthy meals and package them up so they are ready to go mid-week.
