Programming Note:
Coack K did this WOD and was shocked at how challenging it was, so of course, I had to try it! She and I used the same weights (meaning she did the guys Rx weight).
The goal for today is to move fast, like always, high intensity is better than standing there looking at the weights.
Its ok to set the DB’s down on walk or break the Push jerks, but 2-3 sets is the limit. Go heavy, but not so heavy you have to break the farmers carry and Jerks into lots of sets.
