2017 Reebok CrossFit Games Highlights

The test of fitness has entered a new era. The ultimate proving grounds for the Fittest on Earth has a new home.

The 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games brought the community together in one of the largest celebrations of fitness the world has ever seen. Families, friends, and fitness enthusiasts were treated to staggering displays of athleticism, good food and fun across the four days of competition. The first year in Madison was the start of something great.


WOD
“Lean on me”
In teams of 2, 1 working & 1 resting, complete

AMRAP 20

100 Wallballs, 20/14#
100 Box Jumps
100 Power Cleans 95/65#
100 Goblet squats 53/35#
100 Knees to Elbows
Then max calorie row with the remaining time
Score = Calories on rower (or total reps completed)

Goal: The goal will be for every team to make it to the rower.
Fast teams should be able to get to the rower in time to rack up a good number of calories, but without scaling the weight or even reps not every team will get past the K2E’s.
If this sounds like you (or your team) will be hard to know exactly how to scale, but about 3.5 minutes per movement should allow you to finish with enough time to row hard for the last few minutes.
