Double Unders

Pick a rep scheme or scale the movement to help you finish fast. The goal is to get better at the skill movements, but also move quickly so if you are not able to do quick T2B’s yet, choose a movement that is challenging but that you can do with speed.

5 D-ball over bar* AHAP (100/70#)
10 Sandbag Squats** 60/40#
1 – 50′ sled push, pull back with rope 135/90#

*in the squat rack, (or using the Yoke) set a bar to eye level height, tie down bar with pull up bands. D-ball must pass over the barbell each rep

** sandbag must be held in bearhug position.
