Build up to a heavy 3-5 rep max
This will be very different depending on your mobility and Overhead shoulder position.
Some people will need to stay light and work on form adding slowly and keeping the bar light and working on 3-5 reps at a time.
If you feel good and can support the bar well in the OH position, go for a heavy set of 3 reps
