#2812 – Sunday Open Gym
Open Gym 10:30-12:30
Sunday Open Gym is a great chance to work on strength or skill work that we don’t have time to do in class. Take your time and warm up and make sure to hit some mobility and then make up your own WOD or pick one you missed during the week.
As always coach Michael will be there to help you with form, technique and answer questions you have on any workouts.
