#2821 – Burpee-A-Thon is DONE!
Burpee-a-thon Can Drive Update
You guys brought in 295 cans (and assorted food) and so as promised, Connor & I did 1 burpee for each can, each!
It was definitely a challenge, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought.

With the holidays coming up and lots of traveling, vacations, and inconsistent schedules, it can be hard to get to the gym.
Here is a link to some Travel WODs that you can do anywhere. This is nice because they are broken down into different categories by time, or equipment, type of workout, etc.
Sometimes it’s not as important what you do, just that you do something, anything, so when you do get back to the box, you dont feel like you are totally starting over from the beginning.
