Last Day to Register

Today is the last day to register for the nutrition challenge! It stats next Monday 10/22 and ends the Monday before Thanksgiving.  For this challenge we are not focusing on elimination, we are focusing on how to eat well for your lifestyle and your goals.  We will be tracking food, water intake, sleep and exercise and handing out meal plans with shopping lists! The purpose is to figure out what adjustments need to be made in order to meet your goals, make this a lifestyle change and ultimately feel the best you can.
