Are You Up For the Challenge?

What is something we can do at the gym to have some fun, build community and get fit? A monthly challenge!

We are going to start (right now) doing a monthly challenge, each month we will pick a new movement and a set number of reps to complete. You can track your numbers at the box but you can knock out the reps anywhere.
One easy way is to grab some folks from class and stick around after the WOD to do your daily set in a group or bust out a few huge sets to get ahead.

So here it is, we are going to start with something pretty easy that you can do anywhere.

December:  Sit ups
Goal = 1,000, that is about 34 per day.
Oh, and to sweeten the deal, the FIRST one to get to 1,000 will get a prize!!


Strength

Back Squats
Every 3:00 for 5x
Build each set to as heavy as able


WOD
2 Rounds

15 Burpees
25 Box Jumps 24/20″
500m Row

This is the same WOD as on 9/18/18 and 10/9/18. Each way we have broken own the reps in a different way. See how your time compares to the other two times we have done it and see if you can PR!
