#3180 – The First to 1,000 Sit ups

By: 0

Tuesday 12/4/18

The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either help us to become the best version of ourselves or encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. We become like our friends. No man becomes great on his own. No woman becomes great on her own. The people around them help to make them great. We all need people in our lives who raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose, and challenge us to become the best version of ourselves.”

Post WOD Cash Out
3 Rounds

10 second Assault Bike, 50 seconds rest
max effort each round

(and of course, don’t forget to do the Monthly Challenge sit ups!
Can you be the first one to get 1,000?)

Programming Note:
As always, scale the reps or ROM to get done in 40-45 seconds so you get at least 15 seconds to rest each round.

The other options is that you can increase the difficulty of this workout by going as hard as you can for each of the 10 reps. Try to race the clock to get done with each set of 10 as fast as you can. Try to hold that pace on each of the next 4 rounds.
