Challenges are better with friends, which is why for this one we are making it a partner challenge.
Grab a co-worker, family member or friend and support each other in this 5 week lifestyle & nutrition challenge. The challenge begins February 4th (the day after the superbowl) and is a points based challenge.
As a team of 2 you will earn points based on logging food, following the meal plan, drinking water, working out and sleeping. At the end of the challenge the team that has the most points wins a CASH prize! There will also be mini weekly challenges thrown in there too.
For this challenge, you will get access to the HSN App for support, communication, recipe sharing and nutrition videos. You will also get meal plans and all the recipes and shopping lists too!
There will be a Challenge kick off seminar on Tuesday 1/29 at 7pm. You will get a Nutrition handbook, point logging sheet, meal plans with shopping lists and access to the app for the challenge. This will give you over a week to plan the recipes and prep the food for the big day!
