WOD Notes for 3 Rounds of Barb

Programming Note:
This is a benchmark workout. We are only doing 3 rounds (normally this is a 5 round workout) today, but expect us to start increasing the rounds as we get faster and better at these movements.
Also, “Memorial Day Murph” will be here before you know it so this will definitely help us prep for that.
