CrossFit Kids Camp – Last Chance
Today is the last chance to get in on EARLY BIRD pricing!
Camp registration is open NOW on Pike 13, send your kids and their friends to us for an afternoon doing WOD’s, building social skills, learning about nutrition and having fun!
Who: Kids entering grades 2nd-5th, all ability levels are welcome.
WOD Breakdown 5/15
Fight Gone Bad, but its a TOTALLY different workout. We are doing the same movements but for 20 reps each, for 20:00, rather than working for 1:00 for max at each movement.
For some of us, 20 is about the score we normally get, but for others, that is a lot more reps than we can get in a minute so this will be a more challenging WOD because of the higher reps. Either way, this will probably feel very different than FGB even though its almost exactly the same movements!
