Hey Team, Check your email for info on our new MIFit Program starting next week! There is a ton of info in the email, but I also wanted to give you a little more info and insight and I thought a video would be a great way to do that. So, here it is.

Warm Up
AMRAP x 6 MINUTES

5 Jumping Air Squats
10 Samson Lunge Stretches
20 Mountain Climbers

AMRAP x 6 MINUTES
Odd: Row – Easy > Moderate > Workout Pace
Even – Inch-worms > Up Downs > Burpees


Programming Note: 
It will be very hard to maintain 20 cals/ minute for 20:00. Dont forget the intended stimulus of this WOD – 45 seconds of hard work, 15 seconds to rest and rotate. Modify to a manageable number of reps.
