ATHLETE GOAL – Focus on staying consistent throughout the entire workout, can you hold a tough pace and can you mental grind through each movement as the workout progresses?

STIMULUS – Today’s workout has a huge emphasize on the monostructural movements and the DB Step-ups are there to further tax the legs before the reps get cut in half. We are looking at a 24:00 cap overall. With proper scaling we should have everyone
between 20-24mins. The fittest will be in the sub 17:00 range. Good challenge for our fittest athletes is to go unbroken on the DB Step-ups and Double Unders and try to hold the same exact splits on the row/run in the second half of the workout
