We all need to stretch more, and recover better from our CrossFit WOD’s. We are so good at pushing ourselves to the limit during WOD’s but fall short at maintaining our bodies post WOD. If you have visited the CrossFit Mobility site and followed some of the exercises that Kelly Starrett programs then you know how good your body feels and moves afterward.
