Free CrossFit Classes
January 11th to 15th we will be going over foundational movements of the CrossFit program. Learning 9 basic fundamental movements: (squat, overhead squat, front squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, medicine ball cleans, dead lift, sumo deadlift high pull) will be the goal of this introductory series.
