A slight twist on the original CF Total…

Quick Disclaimer:

Class will have a much different structure compared to our typical workouts!

Class will be split into stations and will rotate stations every 15 minutes.

WOD

10 min general warm up + review of all movements

15 min to find a heavy one rep of a Power or Squat Clean.

15 min to find a heavy one rep on Bench Press

15 min to find a heavy one rep of an Over Head Squat. (Scale to front squat if unable to safely OHS)
