You know the drill, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 4 mins, then move to the next movement
Pushups, pull ups, sit ups, squats. Your goal should be to try and get as many reps the second round as you did the first, and maintain that pace the whole time!
Count every rep! your total from each movement is your score.
