The workout is not a typo. It should look very familiar. No, it is NOT the exact same!

This is the reverse order of the WOD from 5/14

I am sure that you will be, not only stronger but also more confident in the movements today. Being more familiar with these movements should allow you to go faster improving your time!
(read some of the comments from, they are great, and probably exactly what you are thinking)
For time:
30 Handstand push-ups (pike pushups)
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 55/35
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

ps: I miss you guys, especially seeing yall improve your times and weights on repeat workouts! make me proud…. Jordan, Kim, Dan, Candace, I’m going to be looking for your times 🙂
