 Games are awesome, winning is great, competition is excellent, triathlons are exciting, skiing is a blast… but every one of those performances are determined the days, weeks and months BEFORE the event.

You are who you are today because of yesterday and you will be who you become tomorrow because of today…


For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

You must start with the run and end with the run. the pull-ups, pushups and squats can be broken any way you wish… suggestion 20 rounds of 5,10,15 or 10 rounds of 10, 20 30

50 pull-ups
100 push ups
