This is a partner workout!
Pick someone to workout with and challenge and push each other!
Partner #1 will do “A” movement while the second person does “B”, switch before moving to the next set of movements. 
A) 5 broad jumps – B)hold the squat position
A) 7 Thrusters #75/45 – B) hold a #45/25 plate locked out over head
A) 10 Hang power cleans #75/45 – B) hold push up hold at bottom (chest 2” off ground)
