Programming Note:
The row will take about two minutes. Then, each of the 6 rounds is also about two minutes. The OH Lunges should be done in as few sets as possible, 4 or less is ideal.

This will be sub 20 minute WOD for the elite, 20-25 for most folks, and if its more than 25 minutes, you didn’t scale appropriately.
