Re-Test Strength Week

As the CrossFit Games came to an end back in July, we started a new strength cycle and what would be considered “off-season” work.
We have been focused on back squats, shoulder press and lost of cleans, jerks and barbell work.
This week we are going to re-test our 1 RMs as well as some of the WODs we did in August. Connor got the ball rolling last week on Friday with the deadlifts and there were a ton of PRs! Well done team.
Lets keep those PRs going and have a good and heavy week.
Today there are two options.
Option 1 – if you found your 1 RM Deadlift friday, do not re-test it today. You will find your 1 RM Back squat and strict press and then do the WOD “Diane”.
Option 2 -If you did not find your DL 1 rep max Friday, you will do the CF total.
