We like to give credit where credit is due… Somewhat new CrossFitter, your very own JD, has done some amazing work!
He has been training for life in general, but also a music video that he is starting in, check it out!

Also, dont forget Free Sunday WOD July 25th, 9am. Open to members and anyone else who wants to come try a CrossFit workout. We will be doing a top secret team WOD.
