Paleo Cook Lesson
Our CrossFit outing for this month will be a MICF first… a cooking class!
Private lessons are a great way to take your cooking skills to the next level. The lessons are typically done in your own kitchen to provide a realistic setting for what you are able to cook at home. We make it easy by providing all of the ingredients and necessary equipment. We will decide on a meal from the list and cook it together then enjoy a good & healthy Paleo dinner together.

RSVP, space is limited. Price varies based on attendance $50-75/ea, the more people the better.
Meet the Chef:
Chef Gil has been cooking both at home and professionally for a number of years. He’s a graduate of Seattle Culinary Academy and has cooked in numerous local restaurants such as the ledgendary Paseo Caribbean Restaurant (under original ownership) and more recently at Un Bien Caribbean Restaurant.
