build up in weight, include, power snatch, OHS and Full snatch

then, EMOM x 6 

1 Hang Snatch + 1 Full Snatch
add each round as able


Programming Note:
This is a light weight, so make sure your snatches are excellent. Dont press out, catch the bar locked out over head each rep.
