Re-Test Week Continues

Two days down and so far we are seeing some good PRs. The CrossFit total are good numbers to know, but today is one of my favorite lifts, the Clean & Jerk. Hit a new PR, then hopefully you can follow it up with a PR on the same WOD as well. Use the same weight as you did on 8/1 so we can compare apples to apples.


Strength

Find a 1 RM Clean & Jerk

8:00 to warm up and build up in weight
then
Every other minute complete 1 rep until failure
1 Clean & Jerk
start at 85% of your 1 RM and add 5-10# each minute

compare to 8/1/16


WOD
AMRAP 10

6 Power Cleans
3 Jerks
10 Chest to Bar pull ups

use the same weight as 8/1/16
