Thanksgiving Turkey WOD

Class size will CAP at 35 people so register in advance to secure a spot!

60 min WOD

Turkey WOD (There are 3 fifteen minute parts separated by 5 minutes of rest.)

Part 1)

2 mile run or 4K row

15 min time cap

(Scale your distance to make the 15 min time cap)

Rest 5 min

Part 2)

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 sit-ups

Rest 5min

Part 3)


(Choose your own KB weight)

10 kb goblet squats
10 kb Alt. Back stepping goblet lunges
10 lateral burpee over KB
10 kb swings

Rest 5min
