Introducing Coach Jessica!

I am happy to announce that Jessica will be here on Wednesday to coach the 6am and 5pm classes. (Coach Scott at 11).  Im sure that you will really enjoy her coaching style and the knowledge she brings to the Box.
Jessica Fleming, owner of Fleming Wellness, graduated from TCU in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Her certifications include NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Nautilus Cycling, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Gymnastics, USAV IMPACT First Aid, CPR, and AED.
After attending TCU, Jessica taught a variety of fitness classes, including classes for adults with Alzheimer’s disease, water aerobics, and a boot camp class at the Harris Medical Fitness Center.

While interning with the University of Washington Strength and Conditioning department, Jessica developed strength programs for the Women’s Division I crew team. She also assisted the football, softball, tennis, and volleyball programs.

Jessica is now a full-time trainer and consultant in fitness and performance for private clients. She also coaches volleyball with the Island Thunder Volleyball Club.
